Delivery and payment for the order

DELIVERY
We deliver orders through the courier services of “Nova Poshta” and Ukrposhta. Please carefully check the integrity and quantity of items to match your order. After you receive the package, our company is not responsible for it.
PICK-UP
Pick-up is available from Kyiv, Ukraine. Please check details with the manager.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Online payment:
Via any bank card through the WayForPay payment system. The commission is 2.5% (such orders are processed with priority).
Cash on delivery (available with a prepayment of 200 UAH. This amount covers delivery and our courier’s work):
Payment upon receipt of the order at the “Nova Poshta” branches is subject to a commission charged to the client — 2% + 20 UAH of the total order amount.
RETURN POLICY
We strive to ensure high quality for our products and services. However, if you need to return an item, please review the conditions below.
Return of goods in proper condition
Goods in proper condition can be returned within 14 days from the receipt of the order, provided the original packaging is preserved and there are no signs of use. Items cannot be returned after washing. All categories of goods can be returned if they are undamaged and in their original packaging.
Return of goods of improper quality
Goods of improper quality can also be returned within 14 days of receipt if they have manufacturing defects or other damage not caused by the buyer. The items must be returned in the original packaging.
Categories of goods that cannot be returned
Please note that certain categories of goods cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons. For example, panties cannot be returned or exchanged. Bras and tops can be exchanged within 3 working days from the receipt of the order.
Return process
To return a product, please contact our manager to clarify the details. The return of the product is made to the following address:

Returns are made via “Nova Poshta” or Ukrposhta in the original packaging.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE PROCEDURE THROUGH PREPAYMENT FORM
When placing an order via prepayment, please check the product for conformity at the post office. Nova Poshta branches have fitting rooms where you can try the item on and immediately decide whether to confirm the order.
If you take the item home, it is considered purchased and fully approved by the buyer. Afterward, the item (bras, tops) is only subject to exchange within 3 working days from the date of receiving the order. Panties are not subject to return or exchange.
If the item does not fit for any reason, you can refuse the order at the post office without additional payment.
