At GARMENT, we strive to provide you with high-quality products, but we understand that sometimes there may be a need for a return or exchange. Here is a detailed procedure for returning and exchanging products, which will help make this process easy and understandable.
Return of goods in proper condition
If a product in proper condition does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Returns are possible only if the product:
– has not been used;
– has no signs of wear, damage, stains, or odors;
– all tags, protective stickers, and other elements of the original packaging are preserved;
– is in the same condition as when it was shipped.
Panties are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygienic norms and the requirements of Ukrainian legislation.
To process the return of goods in proper condition, you need to:
- Contact the manager through:

– the channel through which the order was placed.
- Provide the order number and reason for the return.
- Send the product in its proper packaging to the following address:

Shipping costs for returning goods in proper condition are covered by the customer.
Return of goods of improper quality
If you find manufacturing defects or other damage not caused by you, you have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Goods of improper quality must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and protective stickers. If the product shows signs of use or damage that was not indicated at the time of purchase, the store reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange.
Procedure for returning goods of improper quality:
- Contact our manager by any convenient means (via Telegram or email).
- Initiate the return by providing the order number and description of the defect.
- Send the product to our address.
In this case, the shipping costs for the return are covered by the store.
EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
Bras and tops can be exchanged within 3 working days from the receipt of the order, provided that the original packaging is intact and there are no signs of use. Products that do not fit by size or have improper condition are eligible for exchange.
Products that cannot be exchanged:
– Panties are not eligible for exchange due to hygienic reasons, in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.
If bras or tops show signs of wear (odors, stains, damage), have been washed, or do not have the original packaging, the store reserves the right to refuse the exchange.
Exchange procedure:
- Contact our manager within 3 working days from the date of receiving the product.
- Provide the order number and reason for the exchange.
- Send the product in appropriate condition to the specified address. Shipping costs for exchanging goods in proper condition are covered by the customer.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REFUND
After receiving the product at the warehouse, the store checks its condition. This inspection takes up to 5 working days. If all the return or exchange conditions are met, the refund will be made to the same payment card used for the purchase, or by another method agreed with the customer.
Refund period:
Refunds are processed within 5 working days from the date the product is received at the warehouse.
Shipping costs:
In the case of returning goods in proper condition, the shipping costs are covered by the customer. If the product was of improper quality or had defects, the shipping costs are covered by the store.
